We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to take ownership of the operational and administrative heartbeat of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a central role in keeping our business moving, supporting everything from supplier management to team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Supplier & IT Management
- Liaise with our IT service provider to ensure the team have the tools they need to work effectively and that our technology environment is secure
- Oversee cyber security accreditation renewals and software licence usage
- Help to maintain our CRM and support marketing and business development
Office & Asset Management
- Liaise with our office space provider to ensure a well-equipped, functional workspace
- Track and manage staff assets across remote and on-site teams
Records & Performance Monitoring
- Coordinate documentation of KPIs, training needs, and business objectives
- Maintain records including contracts, NDAs, policies, and Home Office skilled worker visa compliance
Finance & Budgeting
- Collaborate with directors on budgeting and financial planning
- Liaise with bookkeepers/accountants to ensure timely VAT returns and submission of annual accounts
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and supplier payments in Xero
Meetings & Events
- Organise team meetings, away days, and events
- Draft agendas, book venues, and record minutes/actions
Staffing & General Support
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Provide ad hoc support across business areas
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in operations, executive assistant, or customer support roles (SME/professional services preferred)
- Strong human resources and process improvement skills
- Proficient in CRM/project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with an eye for detail
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)
- Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- Certifications: ILM/CIPD Level 3+, Prince2 Foundation, IOSH, First Aid, GDPR
